Hi from the Sky
Well, add this to the list of firsts...
I am updating my blog right now from flight 1791 from SAN to OAK, sitting in seat 19C. Yep, SWA now is testing inflight wireless internet connections and it's pretty amazing! We could start logging on once we were above 10,000 feet. No idea how high we are right now, but our satellite connection seems to be pretty good!
So far, I've updated my facebook status, e-mailed my family, commented on the SWA blog, and replied to some work e-mails too. Oh, and our plane is getting in ten minutes early, so I've e-mailed my Coworker who is picking me up in Oakland to let her know that I'm ahead of schedule.
